Their technician was excellent. He answered all our questions. He took pictures of our furnace and showed us what he did and the results of his cleaning.
*Very kind people. Made good on the issue of price. Thank you for making things right. While customer service and the tech was wonderful I would recommend calling around. The price we were charged to hydrospray our drains was $1650, found out we could have gotten it done between $300 and $500 elsewhere. Completely overcharged and feel taken advantage of during the situation. Could have used that extra $1100 and used it for repairing the damage.
•Matter was taken care of and was made good. Prices may not be lowest but customer service and employees very kind. thank you for making it right. I was charged $1650 for a hydro spraying of my sewer line. I had gotten a quote from captain clog for $280. Way overpriced for that service. I tried calling them and of course and didn’t get an answer. Received a phone call back and marrero was taken care of.
The technician was thorough, knowledgeable and courteous. He took time to explain what he was doing and where appropriate offered alternatives.
