I used email to initiate service contact with Essig and received a prompt reply. A couple more exchanges were also made promptly. Appointment was scheduled within a time window. The morning of the appt I received an email where I could actually track the technician on his way. Jesse discussed the issue with my wife and I and we decided on a course of action.
