While living there, rats shewed my car windshield wiper cord costing me $195. I constantly found dead rats around the property. I complained to the leasing office and they blamed the rats on the city creek which is on one side of the property. I was gone out of town on for 2 1/2 weeks and came back to a rat infestation in my apartment, ruining my mattress, pillows, all the beddings stuff, my couch, loveseat and decorative pillows. 1. Our neighbor leaves garbage in hallways all the time. 2. Dog Feces are left all over the place. Walk through the community at 6:00 pm and it smells like a dog kennel. 3. Can not open our windows in summer. People do not pick up their dog waste so if we open our windows in summer we just smell urine and poop. 4. People throw water off their balcony.
