This is regards to MB360 property in San Francisco. During the beginning stages of COVID, i had to vacate the apartment to take care of my family and needed to term my lease without penalty as per the CA government mandate. The closing out statement was sent in which I questioned the charges - the team at MB360 said they would find out if they can waive a portion of the fees. Unlivable - Speed Bumps Block Entrance Poorly designed speed bumps were installed on the only road in and out of the Mirabella that scrape the bottom of most cars. This isn't a minor scratchit's a very ******* your car. Sedans and all lower clearance vehicles could sustain significant damage every time they pass ********** building management has attempted to wash its hands of the issue, saying a separate HOA up the stream did it and it's not their responsibility. This review is regarding Hillsdale Garden Apartments, an Essex Property, in San Mateo, CA. The people in the management office are not equipped to handle the situations going on in this community. My family and Iived in a townhome here for 7 years until earlier this year. In the last few years, there have been egregious faults by neighbors VS the lease. We were surrounded by people renting out 1-2 bedroom apartments who were stuffing 8-10 ppl per residence People constantly parked in my parking spot despite the fact that I r... read more

If there anything under Zero ....I will give it as a ranking for this business "Pinnacle Sonata " . Pinnacle Sonata apartment in Bothell, WA is the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life!! Their apartment smell very bad ...It smells like an animal Poo "Shitty" . This review is regarding one of the Essex Properties located in Emeryville, CA (EMME apartments, **** ******** **** *********** ** *****). We had multiple issues with this property: 1) Fire alarms - We had a lease for 12 months and we had to evacuate the building at least once a month due to the fire alarm and the majority of them were in the middle of the night. I was 100% taken care of Yvonne and Jose after requesting a few unique details in regards to the leasing terms. I could not recommend more highly. I disagree with the negative reviews below, but am very blessed and grateful for this staff! - Andrew
