The watch arrived today by Fedex as precisely scheduled and is in magnificent condition. It is just like I remembered it when I was in your store last month. I have been in Ermitage three times, each time intending to purchase a Rolex watch. I have never left with anything due to the poor customer service. Today I went into the store to discuss trading in my current Rolex for one of the Submariner's they had in stock. Peter treated me and acted as if he did not want my business. Great Jeweler with superb customer service – I just recently purchased a Rolex Submariner from this company and I have to say it was one of the easiest transactions I have had via the internet. Not helpful at all – I received a Cartier watch last yr. for Christmas from my husband purchased at Ermitage. Two weeks ago the watch quit working, assumed it was the battery. Went to Cartier at Lenox for battery. They called today to say it was more than a dead battery. Cost would be $415.00 to repair. I feel sure that this must be covered under a 1 yr. warranty so I called Ermitage to see if they couId pull up the info so I can send someone from Cartier to Ermitage with watch. Business response:
We have done all that we could do to locate the original receipt and have searched as far back as 2009 to locate it. Generally customers need to furnish their receipts to utilize a service that is offered by a retailer. While we are doing our best to remedy the situation, the watch was never originally brought into our store to remedy the situation nor have we heard back from the customer to try to alleviate the situation.
Excellent Service – I was searching for an Omega railmaster watch for my fiance for our wedding present. I had searched everywhere and finally came across Ermitage jewelers. They were beyond helpful because of my time crunch. They shipped the watch that day and I had it in my hands the next day at 3pm. My Husband Loves his wedding present and I thank you for making it happen.
Best Deal on Rolex Watches – Just purchased a Rolex from Peter and could not be more pleased. He is very knowledgeable about his merchandise and does not mind answering any and all questions. Their customer service is also outstanding. I closed the deal about noon one day and had the watch by 10:30 AM the following morning. Very Helpful and Professional – I was in the market for an engagement ring, and after visiting all the big stores and some other local stores, I am very happy I came across Ermitage.
