I contacted Ermitage Jewelers to inquire about selling my Rolex Explorer II. Peter gave me a verbal quote for the watch and sent me an overnight shipping label that same day. I received an email that they had received my watch and within the hour Peter called me and confirmed the price he had quoted me for the watch. The money transfer was made before noon. I live in Texas and was looking for a Rolex for my wife for christmas, I looked at several sites before I found Ermitage Jewelers, their prices seemed to be the best, thank goodness I did not see the negative reviews that are out there before I purchased my Rolex or I would have missed the execellent experence I had dealing with "Kate" she was so nice and very helpful. This is the first time I have ever written a review before. I felt like I had to voice my opinion because I have never been treated with such little respect before. They where extremely rude, arrogant, and clearly did not want my business. The owner is an absolute prick and acts like he is better than you. I read all the reviews before posting this. It is clear that the positive reviews are coming from the owner's friends or family and the poor reviews are telling the truth. Stay away from this place!
