I was visiting from out of town and needed a real gym to workout at. They offer a free week trial which was great. The building and atmosphere was great, the girl upfront really sweet, and the equipment was good. They even had chalk which my home gym doesn't offer. If I'm ever back in town, I'll be coming here again!
EFA is where I met TFW & this DoJo & its tribal members are AWESOME. This is where my Happy Energy is recharged.
100% must see. An awesome place with amazing people.
Best in Erie area period. Best free weights around. Atmosphere is kick ass.
