The trainers are knowledgeable, motivating, enthusiastic and engaging. The gym and equipment are well maintained. Members are friendly and supportive of one another. No matter where you’re starting, no matter what your level of fitness, they will provide the direction and if you put in the effort, you will see big results!
I love this gym. Everyone encourages each other and helps each other out. Loving the experience!
