I had a great workout here. The coaching was great and personable. It was a large class but there is enough room for everyone. I loved all the high fives and call backs. The workout was intense and sweaty. The way it should be! Loved it all and will be going again.
I am so glad I made the choice to make a change in my life with the help of this gym... The coaches are so supportive and helpful in so many ways inside and outside of the gym. The familia style of this gym just makes it feel like home. Everyone is so helpful and welcoming!!! One of the best decisions I've made!!
