Best money ever spent. This TFW Trainings are challenging and fun at the same time. I have over 100 pounds to lose and this is the hardest workout that I have ever looked forward to. The trainers are supportive and motivating. The positive energy flows through everyone. The camaraderie and encouragement that everyone shows each other is the thing that is missing from every other gym I've joined. I am so glad I found them!!
