Office staff is kind, MD was on time, great bedside manner with my daughter and me. Highly recommend this doctor.
Dr. Novak is a excellent doctor and a very nice person. My very elderly mother fell and broke her ankle and foot and Dr. Novack was the surgeon chosen for us by the hospital. In this case we were very glad that they chose Dr Novack. He was polite, very professional, the surgery went extremely well and we are all very happy. Thank you Dr Novak for being such an empathetic and caring Dr.
I tore my MCL during Jiu-Jitsu training and had to gave surgery. I can’t out into words how much I appreciate the incredible job that Dr. Novack did. The entire process was made so much easier by having a top surgeon guiding the show. I am so grateful to him and his staff. Mahalo!
My overall experience at this office was less than 1 star! The doctor, may indeed be an excellent surgeon, but his dismissive demeanor and overall lack of empathy was off putting. My biggest issue with this office is the staff. The individuals I dealt with-scheduler, front office, and billing staff were beyond rude-condescending, insulting, dishonest, and very unprofessional! Hard to imagine the doctor does not know this, so I can only surmise he condones their behavior.
Dr Novack did my surgery on my humerus last February after I broke it at the rental home we were renting. I was uncertain about having surgery here because I am from Michigan. I can honestly tell you I am so thankful that Dr. Novack did my surgery. He assured me that I would be back to normal after physical therapy. I am here to say I am back to normal after 3 1/2 months of therapy. I have no limitations and have complete movement of my arm. Thank you Dr Novack!
unable to get orders clarified. Doctor out of office for the next 7 days. Office staff refused to let me leave a message with his nurse. And they refused to talk with my current home health nurse when she called the their office to help me.
I wish I could give this doctor 0 stars, but unfortunately I have to give one undeserved. I have never in my life come across a doctor more rude then him. He is the most ill mannered man. My poor brother (who's 15) has had to have two surgeries and each time this doctor has made him feel insecure about whats going to happen. Never tried to make him feel comfortable and even threathened to take his pain meds away. I would keep your children far away. I wouldn't recommend this doctor!!
Dr. Novak is an amazing doctor. My son broke his growth plate dislocated his ankle. He needed a pin put in Dr. Novak did an exceptional and perfect job on his ankle. Everything is amazing plus the staff is great!! The puppy in the office named Doc is also amazing makes everyone feel very welcome.. Thank you so much for making my son BETTER!!
Very personal and knowledgeable doesn't rush with you . He listen to what you are saying . He explains everything.
