Dr. Novack is friendly, answers all questions and is informative about patient injuries and the recovery process. I have been to see him more than once and I would go back to him again.
Dr. Novack put a cast on a sprain (no fracture). The agreed cast time was 2 weeks but the Dr. scheduled the follow up for 4 weeks later. The doctor refused to speak to us to give us an appointment 2 weeks after the cast was put on as was agreed in the office prior to being cast which would have left my daughter immobile for 4 weeks. We were forced to pay for the appointment and had to get a second opinion to get the cast removed and get the proper care. Not a good experience.

I started visiting Dr Novack due to a work related injury. From the beginning Dr Novack and his staff have been nothing less than incredible. This includes working with my claim adjustor to ensure I was on a path to improve my injury. Dr Novack takes the time to listens to my concerns while identifying course of actions for improvement. He is engaged, positive, and an active listener. I have recommended him to friends and acquaintances. I trust Dr Novack to be honest and get me back to normal.
I saw Dr. Novack for shoulder pain. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with a smile! He took the time to talk to me and answer all my questions. His staff is also very friendly!
The receptionist that answered my call was rude and condescending. She made no effort to help understand our needs for Dr. Novack's services even though we were former customers. She appeared to have little interest in whether we needed to see Dr. Novack prior to their "first available appointment" a week later even though my son had a broken bone.
This Dr. let my son leave his office after his cast was taken off with discoloration, swelling, and bleeding from the hand he worked on. We had to go to the E.R. the next day for a serious infection that was caused from poor service we received from Dr. Novack. This Dr. never once tried to clean the infected area or even think about prescribing antibiotics. Would never recommend him. Actually going out of my way to let everyone I know be aware of this situation.
