I have been seeing Dr. Novak for over 20 yrs. He is the best dr. I have ever had for any issue. He is compassionate, friendly, and very professional.
Dr Eric Novak's approach to a "non-surgical" solution isn't always best. Our daughter broke her arm in March 2019 (both bone forearm fracture). Surgery went well but the rod was removed at 8 weeks (they wanted to remove at 5). She was not casted or braced, resulting in a fracture that COULD NEVER heal due to instability. At one year post injury, we found a qualified surgeon at PCH, he installed a plate and within 6 weeks she was 100% healed. Now, 14 months post-injury, our daughter is finally using her arm again and working ... read more
Dr Eric Novak's approach to a "non-surgical" solution isn't always best. Our daughter broke her arm in March 2019 (both bone forearm fracture). Surgery went well but the rod was removed at 8 weeks (they wanted to remove at 5). After follow up xrays every couple of months, it was determined that she was not healing and a bone stimulator was our last option. Though that helped, her bone never healed, was always fractured, and Dr Novak refused to do surgery. At ONE YEAR post-injury, we found a qualified surgeon at PCH, he insta... read more
We could not be happier with Dr. Novack and his staff! They were super nice and sweet to my 3 year old so she wouldn’t be scared after breaking her arm. Dr. Novack spent a lot of time making sure all of our questions were answered. He even came in on his day off (holiday) for us!! The nurses were nice and gentle with my daughter. And their therapy dog was a major plus! The office is always super clean and there is no wait time at all.
he listens and we engage in a discussion of my situation and treatment options
I have not met Dr. Novack. My daughter was treated for fractures in the ER Dept. Friday. I was told to call Dr. Novack's office Monday. I called at 8 a.m. and was told they needed a "referral from her primary doctor". I called my daughter's primary. I had to do a video appointment with primary, which he then faxed the referral to Dr. Novack's office. Dr. Novack's office stated they would contact me upon receiving the referral. It was approximately 10:30 a.m. when I called and was told they do not accept my daughter's insuran... read more
Dr Novack is a likeable, knowledgeable physician who carefully explains your injury, the type of repair and the healing process. He is very thorough and considerate. My visit to his office exceeded my expectations.
Dr.Novack does not rush thru an appointment. He explains everyone in terms you understand. Staff is very courteous.
The absolute worst experience with a medical office in my life! The doctor is sorely lacking in any kind of bedside manner, his office staff is incredibly rude. The office manager is the most unprofessional, rude, and nasty individual I have ever dealt with-anywhere. Every aspect of this practice is poisonous-reception, billing, doctor, management all deserve 0 stars!
