I have always found this entire office personnel to be extremely friendly. And Dr Novack always takes plenty of time to listen to what’s going on to give you the appropriate care for that visit. I would recommend him to anyone needing an Orthopedic Doctor.
Dr. Novack is friendly and provided me with excellent guidance for my shoulder problem.
Dr. Novack performed an emergency partial hip replacement after I suffered a nasty fall at home, suffering a fractured collarbone and hip. Dr. Novack conferenced called with me and my husband to give us his diagnosis and recommendation after I was admitted to the hospital during the early stages of the Covid 19 pandemic. Surgery went smoothly and after three followup visits to his office, I'm done! Dr. Novack was great! Office staff is great and followed protocols.
Dr is very interested in what you have to say. Takes the time to listen and talk. You always feel comfortable in your discussions with him.
Knowledgeable, spends good time with you and answers your questions.
I went in for 1 of 3 gel injections. Greg, the PA was so kind. I was a bit nervous, but it hardly hurt.
Dr. Novack is so down to earth and a pleasure to speak with. I am so happy that I was given the opportunity for him to do my surgery as i fell in Target and was brought to Abrazo Hospital by ambulance and he was the doctor to do my surgery and i consider myself real lucky to get him. Excellent skills used in repairing my wrist. Nice having Doc (golden doodle) to greet me.
Have seen Dr Novak for years. Great Dr. great staff. He did surgery on both my knees now he's taking care of my thumbs. Love his staff also. Becky's still hanging in there. Thanks for caring.
