Was seen timely, staff and Dr. Novack very friendly and personable
Dr. Novack has wonderful bedside manner and his staff is very professional. The office has always been very helpful from the moment I called about emergency surgery to the follow up. Despite Covid-19 restrictions and an obvious heavy workload, no one seemed upset about working. The staff member in charge of scheduling the surgery also provided all the information I needed and made time out of her day to get my procedure in ASAP. The staff was very polite and helpful. Dr.Novack was and is always so personable and easy to talk with.
Amazing friendliness speaks in easy terms makes things clear very efficient in all his work. Definitely agree hes the best ortho around. Did have a couple of issues with office policies But I would definitely choose him again for anything I needed

Great as always
While I feel Dr. Novack and his staff are excellent (and will continue to see them), I did have an issue when told I would receive a call for imagining once approved by insurance. I assumed it would be the next day as a blood clot needed to be ruled out. When I didn't get a call from imagining, I called the office to check on my status. Come to find out I have to wait up to 10 days for approval. I wish someone would have said that at the time of my appointment.
I really appreciate that Dr. Novak never rushes through the appointment. He takes the time to explain what is happening, what will happen next, and we talk about the next treatment steps. He is extremely kind and caring. I would highly recommend to anyone.
