Dr. Novack assessed my knee pain and created a plan of action.
I broke my arm at 60 years old requiring surgery. Dr. Novack had to put 3 plates in my arm and said I might not be able to get full use of it again. He was very attentive to my situation, he and staff answered questions and were courteous at all times. Dr. Novack or his staff saw me as scheduled - they did not overbook or make people wait in the lobby for long periods of time unless he had an emergency to deal with at a hospital - and that was only once in my case. I didn't see Dr Novack. I seen his PA. he was very nice and asked a lot of questions. Sadly he didn't have an answer as to what the problem is with my knee. So I wait another 3 weeks to see if pain is still an issue.
First time in for any Ortho type of attention. Pleased with front desk and easy check-in (on-line check-in and payment). Efficient entry into treatment. Kind personnel. Dr. Novack was attentive to what I had to say. Straight forward with responses. I like that.

Dr. Novack and his staff are the best. Not only is Dr. Novack a great surgeon but he takes the time to listen to your concerns, so rare these days.
He was a great listener, very empathetic and really good at explaining all the details of my situation. Also very good with the injection
He is who I recommend to all my family. If it’s something that he does not treat for his office is always helpful to get me to the correct provider.
