Easy checkin, called back within 15mins or less, staff was friendly. Took X-rays and saw Dr within 20mins he was friendly and patient. He gave me several options to help with my issue. Will come back for further assistance.
Had my Biceps tendon repaired and very professional team to work with all around!!
At my first visit, Dr. Novak took time to get to know me as a person and not just a 'patient.' He took time to answer my question and explain the healing process to me.

Considering how full the waiting room was I got called back right on time. Waited maybe 5 min. in the exam room & Dr Novak apologized that I had to ’wait’. Listened to concerns- answered questions. Friendly, professional, didn’t make me feel like just a number. Fantastic!
