Dr. Eric Novack is an outstanding doctor who has cared for my daughter through both of her shoulder surgeries. His genuine kindness, attentiveness, and commitment to his patients go far beyond what you typically see in medical care.
This is my first follow up visit after fractured my right humerus. Dr. Novak and his team made the entire process smooth and efficient with no waiting time. The treatment plan he recommended is for the best interest of the patient. Even though the clinic was very busy, we still finished the visit in a timely manner.
Dr. Novack was interactive and helpful. Open to conversation and offered potential solutions.

Dr. Novack provided excellent service. He entered the room and introduced himself and his assistant. Then, he chatted, getting to know me and asking me about what could have caused my arm pain. Then, he reviewed the MRI, explaining what he saw, and showed me on my arm, what we were looking at. He finished by providing his analysis and reasoning.
Nobody ever wants to have a shoulder issue that needs surgical intervention, but Dr. Novack is mu guy when I am ready to proceed with surgery. Whe. We met for the initial consult, he was kind, thorough and professional. His team is also on too of it! It's refreshing to gain confidence in much nowadays, but Dr. Novack and the crew are awesome.
