Dr Novack did surgery on my right leg to remove old metal rod and replace it with new one add a metal plate and six screws I think he did a Great job I had my first follow up it look good and remove some stitches thanks
Such a down to earth gentleman. A surgeon that doesn’t pressure you into money making options for him. He’s amazing !
Both Front and Back of the house office staff were professional and welcoming. My appointment was right on time and radiographs performed within minutes. Follow up with Dr. Novack was within 5-10 min. His bedside/evaluation was informative, thorough and most importantly, took the time to listen! Overall, great Ortho experience and would highly recommend this office and Dr. Novack!
Everyone was super nice and Dr Novack was quick to get in and discuss my situation.
He always takes the time to explain everything and caters to a patients needs.
He was very kind and comforting. He made me feel at ease with his kindness and humor he repaired my broken collar bone and did an amazing job. Before and after my surgery he came in and talked to me to tell me what to expect with the surgery and healing. Everyone at his office was very nice.
Although Dr. Novak is a surgeon, he didn't necessarily recommend that I have surgery. We decided on other options which could possibly achieve the same results. I appreciate his honesty and the ability to hear my concerns and questions.
