The Dr is rushed and doesn't seem to spend time or have time and you will wait an hour past your appointment time. The Dr's assistant is very rude and she doesn't follow thru on her callbacks. .

Dr. Novack is an excellent Doctor! He has fixed my son, more than once!!!! As long as he is in practice he will be our first call when in Ortho need!!!

my daughter is 5. she broke her arm on the monkey bars. she was very scared when she went to see dr. novack because of her experience in the emergency room. becky( the assistant) took us to a room and she manged to change a scared 5 year old into a smiling 5 year old in less than a few minutes. she taked to her on her level and made her feel safe. then doctor novack came in and made my daughter laugh. he answered all my questions. i had a wonderful experience.

In my opinion the staff is terrible. They are rude & don't do what they say they will do (this includes returning phone calls). Seems they don't care about their patients because if they did they wouldn't treat people the way they do. This Dr rarely runs on time and his assistant acts like it's ok to wait almost an hour for appointments. They have no respect for me or my time. I don't reccommend Phoenix ortho - stay away and go somewhere else where you'll be treated with dignity & respect.
