I have been operating my Epson WorkForce Pro WF 3720 with the required ink cartridge number (702 and 702XL) that were not manufactured by Epson without any problem with printing for over 1 year. This last week Epson sent out a Firmware update, which I accepted. After the download the printer displayed a message indicating "Cannot recognize Ink Cartridge. Try installing again." I tried several times, but the message continued to be displayed after each attempt at replacing the ink cartridges. And now my printer is not working... read more

I ordered a printer directly from their website and changed my mind an hour later. That is where the nightmare started. I went to their web page and there isn't an option to cancel but to call. II called and there is not customers service after 4 pm pacific time, and supposedly there is an option to email them which I did and cancelled my order. Just to make sure, I called the next day just to find out customer service cannot reach their warehouse so they aren't sure someone will cancel my order? What? They asked me to call ... read more

Epson wf 4734 is a piece of **** ! I go to use half the time it says I am out of paper and I am not.It stalls mid printing and slow down. I only print in black and white but it uses up all color ink.The ink is almost as expensive as the lousy printer.I hope they are sued for this rip off product.

I ordered from Epson online, then found it locally, so I called a couple hours after ordering to cancel. The rep said I couldn't cancel because it was already in their queue. I said I'd cancel on the credit card. I also tried to cancel with Fedex, but Epson put a restriction to cancel with stipulation that I had to call Epson to cancel. So I called my credit card company. They can't dispute until it's no longer pending. It took 4 Days for $$ to post to my credit card. I completed the dispute this morning. Now I have a large ... read more

I have had some issues with orders I have placed with Epson before. My last order was placed on July 23rd. On July 24th I received an e-mail from Epson informing order had been shipped. I waited for several days but nothing arrived. Finally, on August 3rd I called customer service ( spoke withj katie, employee XXXXX) who informed order had been canceled. this product is useless; its equivalent to theft. Ive bought ink & left it too long, that's OK i should have known better. BUT now that i bought & installed (expensive) new cartridges, it shows that im 'almost' out & need to buy new cartridges. I printed 10 pages of black text & no pages with any color. the printer software shows less than a fifth of black ink & more than a quarter of all color inks. used. Complete rip-off. Expecting the same, I wont buy anything from Epson.

I am a professional photographer and have had several epson printers over the years. I purchased and epson P800 which runs about $1200. I have been using 3rd party inks (which have been fantastic - the Marrutt company) and everything was fine until I recently updated my epson software. After updating, my prints were unrecognizable. I spent 1.5 hours on the phone with an epson tech, and after trying everything they suggested, they basically said that the printer was trashed - 2 years old and used sparingly! If I could 0 stars I would. This might be the worst company I have had the displeasure of learning about. Just look at the reviews on here, which by the way only scratch the surface of what they do to ***** customers over on a daily basis. For me I bought one of their WF4730 printers for home use (thank the LORD I didnt replace my office printers). The cartridges would literally loose ink just sitting there unused.
