Printed only black and white (specifically using the black and white setting) on a brand new printer that came with a black and a color cartridge. Next time I go to use it, it tells me it is out of ink and any printer "setup" requires me to put in my credit card info to subscribe to their ink plan. Absolutely disgusting.

Epson XP 340 printer forces cartridge replacements and will not allow further printing until replaced. The ink to replace the cartridges last less than 100 pages. At that price, it's not worth owning the printer and would be cheaper to get things printed at a store or at the library, paying per page. There are dozens of similar experiences from reviewers on sites like Amazon. T

ECOTANK ET-2750 epson sends warranty replacments that are DOA and gives a message to contact support while they are closed weekends..

I bought a WF7710 in February 2018 and have had connection trouble with it since I bought it. I first called customer service in March 2018 and was told to reinstall the driver. There have been connection problems since the day I purchased it. I have attempted to connect it via USB and via wifi. In either case, the printer will eventually go offline and I have to reinstall the driver each time I wanted to use it. Eventually, I just bought a different printer from another company. I bought my printer a couple months ago. It worked twice and after that would either not print completely or print in only 1 color, a different color each time. I contacted your support and you tried selling $200 worth of firewall for my mac. YOU are not Apple and should not be giving advise to mac users. You are EPSON and should only be giving support for your products. To be suggesting that much money for a $60 printer is completely unacceptable. I bought epson printer and it stop working so I contact epson and they send me new one it stop working again after 1-2 months, They offer only to replace this one again, why would i agree to that and will be replacing garbage printer after every 1-2 months?! very bad printer, very expensive inks, stay away.

My WF-2850 clogged after two years. Because I had ink left and b/c any one product can go bad once, I got a WF-2760. After a few months, the introductory ink was low so I ordered new ink directly form Epson. Before it arrived, the new machine clogged. I called Epson on four occasions and with their technicians ran numerous unclogging procedures and Nozzle checks. After several of these my black ink ran out. Ink Buying Scam by Epson. A year ago I bought an Epson XP 640. I only printed in black ink. Now the photo ink cartridge is empty and all the color cartridges are low. Epson's Ink buying scam does not allow you to print in black only when a color cartridge is low. The photo and ink cartridges cost $50 which I will not pay since I have not used them nor will I. I bought an Epson Workforce Pro WF-4630 for my business. It had a printing problem. Epson's technical support people spent 45 minutes on the phone with me, but couldn't resolve it. They determined it was a hardware problem. The printer was under warranty, so they said they would send me a replacement. Then they said my model was out of production, so they would instead send me "the equivalent or better". They sent me the WF-4730.
