I purchased a Workforce 3640 and in the middle of printing it stopped working. I received error code 0X10. Called tech support, they stated the code relates to a broken internal piece. I gave my serial number as requested and was informed my printer is still under manufacturer warranty. To receive a replacement I was told that I have to give my credit card number so they can "place a hold" until the defective one is received. This is pointless but Epson is not a BBB business and has an F rating for several reason 5 unresolved issues, 18 complaints. Here is #19 Corporate told me they could not refund $80 for ink I just purchased and my printer broke down and my model is discontinued and they want me to buy another one - yeah right I would never buy anything from them again so not only did you loose a sale - you have lost my business and future business - I will be posting this on social media for all to see.

My Epson ET-2650 disconnects from wi-fi several times a week. The reconnection process is laborious and very time consuming. When I contacted their customer service, they wanted me to pay $23.50 just to describe my problem. Epson sends updates for the system several times a month. This also requires time and effort on my part.
