I previously purchased a couple of sets of 702XL ink cartridges from Amazon, spending around $200. The set of newly inserted ink cartridges worked fine in December when I left on vacation. However, upon my return from vacation, I had an Epson update notification. Once the update was completed, the printer no longer recognized my previously used ink cartridges. Please stay away from this company. My printer does not work after having it for less than 2 months and rarely used. 2 nights ago I started scanning my important papers so that i could reduce clutter got 27 pages in and the printer gives me an error. I call them only to find out my item needs replacing. Mind you this is a new item to i still have the box and the protective papers on the outside. They tell me they need to place a hold on my credit card to send a replacement and that it will not be new but a REFURBISHED ONE. W... read more

I bought a Epson WF 2750 printer a few years ago. I began using third-party cartridges until Epson issued required software/firmware updates that prevented the use of these cartridges. In April I replaced by color cartridges with new ones from Epson. I do most of my printing in black and white and had residual ink in that cartridge. The black cartridge needed changing in November at which time the color cartridges were about one half full. This company is a SCAM company, selling junk and stealing your money. BUYERS BEWARE--This is not a reputable company. I purchased a printer from them that never functioned. I have called and even emailed many times. Each time I am sent on a wild goose chase and told that someone will contact me, but they never do.

I have bought 2 printers from Epson. One of the Expressions and one of the EcoTanks. The Expressions was meant to hold up to 13" wide paper but mine arrived with the adjustments a couple millimeters too small so I wasn't able to fit my 13"x19" paper in it and had to cut every single piece of paper that i wanted to print. Then I started having issues with one of my colors not working even though it was recognized by the printer. Bought epson printer and it was always having trouble connecting to computer. After year my product started not printing correctly. Called epson but they were unable to help and told me warranty wouldnt cover defective part.

Horrible products and even worse customer service. I purchased an Eco-Tank 2720 printer for $199 and had nothing but WiFi connectivity issues from day one. Epson support led me along with supposed things to do to fix it until I got fed up and tried to return the device to Staples just to find out their return period was so short that it couldn't be returned any longer. It is unfortunate that I did not read some of your recent complaints about EPSON printers. I also accepted their updated firmware and right in the middle of some important documentation I was printing my printer stopped working and demanded I insert ONLY EPSON OEM ink. The only reason that I was NOT using their ink was the exorbitant prices they charge for their ink. I am not a corporation. I am just a simple user who cannot afford their prices. Deceptive business practices. They use a a fake firmware update for security reasons that totally makes the printer useless...
