Customer service is exceptional, Mindy was very open and honest and suggested me the right solution for the house. They installed my unit that I had purchased from another company. Part of the unit was damaged. They installed what they could and came back when the damaged part arrived, to install it. I was very impressed considering it wasn't their unit.
Bronson took his time determining what the issue was and fixed softener to regenerate automatically; also added my salt. He recommended additional service to the softener; I will take him up on it soon, and intend to use them again and again. If I have to get a new softener, it will be through them.
Went out of the way to assist me in what i was needing.
