Dealt with the owner Mindy. She was very informative as well concerned of our needs. We interviewed 2 other companys and came back to them.
Did a great job of explaining my repair options for the existing Water Softer and offered a great deal on a new one. I did not hesitate and proceeded with purchasing a new one at a fair price and they had it installed the same week within 1 hour. I highly recommend Environmental ProTech! I'm so thankful I found them
