EP refused payment until the work was done and we were satisfied with the job. The water softener has had an immediate effect on clearing up our son's eczema, which EP cared about most. They were punctual, courteous and honest. We needed an existing water softener from a house we purchased to be checked out. They only problem it wasn't hooked up and were honest to say that was all was needed. The tech reset the softener and it works fine.
