They installed the wrong unit (bad customer service) but promptly changed it when I brought it to their attention (good customer service). I am sure it was inadvertent as they were very apologetic. But it did mean that their installer was not aware of which system he was installing.... they just hand him parts. So the buyer needs to check and make sure they get the unit intended. Great company w/ Excellent customer service. Installed a Whole house water softener system & also installed a reverse osmosis system. Install went great. Customer service has been even better.
AS a new customer they spent a great deal of time to resolve the issues of an old RO system. The price was more than reasonable which please me. The technician was very knowledgeable.
I was unable to be at home due to family illness and the work I need was on the outside of my home. They arrived at my home and made the repairs as well as service my unit. I love how they gave me the best service without me being at home. Thanks for the polite and helpful service lady who answered my call and the repairman who did a wonderful job.
Mindy (Environmental Protech) was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Performed installation on time and the installation crew was very polite and helpful. Followed up after the install and answered all our questions and concerns.
