An employee of enterprise hit me in their rental car. The contact **** doesn’t resolve anything and they haven’t fixed my car. It’s been over a week. No communication with results.
Individually and as a company we rent from Enterprise frequently. However, the last 2 rental experiences have been horrible to the point that leaves us no choice than to go though the BBB platform for the management team to wake up and be accountable for their mistakes, poor customer relations and most importantly, lack of integrity. I rented a car from them at the ***************. I drover to *******, ** to attend The Masters. I came out of a restaurant to find the car missing. I see it on the back of a tow truck across the lot. After chasing down the truck they didn't stop. The Sheriff on site called it in and told ** it had been repo'd and he couldn't do anything. Worst experience ever at the *************, ***** location. ****** manager put me in the last rental vehicle they supposedly had left that was arranged through my insurance company. Well to make a long story short failed to disclose this was an elite SUV that I would be responsible for almost ***** more to what my insurance was being billed per day. Our flight From from ******* on May 4 came into ********************* at 12 midnight, The rental place closes at 12 midnight so I called them up and they said they would have someone their for two hours with a car. When we arrived it was 12:15 am Friday May 5, we looked for someone from the rental company and there was no one there. We Were Stuck. There was no one at the airport. We Had to call my son and wake him up to pick ** up. This is unacceptable. We were not charged
We took our 2019 Chrysler Pacifica in the repair shop on 5/2/23 after a minor accident. We rented a 2022 Pacifica from your Miamisburg, OH location. The friendly driver picked us up at the shop as scheduled and took us to Enterprise. The entire staff was very friendly and professional--especially *****--who we primarily dealt with. *Enterprise in Woodland California* Rented a car from Enterprise back in Feb of this year for a week. Was charged $577.34 with a $230 deposit to be returned when the car is returned. I returned the car and it checked out other than gas usage which was taken from the deposit, so only $200 was going to be returned to me, they said would take a few days to clear. I was supposed to have a car available for an insurance claim through Erie Insurance and be picked up at ******* ********* (Cleveland Oh area). The person from Enterprise was over 20 minutes late, so I had to Uber to work for a meeting as there was no way to get back to Enterprise and then to work in time via the late Enterprise pick up. I was charged $191.26 approximately for towing due to mechanical issue with the rental car. The rental was covered by insurance company. When the oil light can on when the local branch was closed and o called the number on my retail agreement to have the car towed. They never mentioned a towing fee and made a reservation for a swap out at Washy ***** Airport location.
