Went to this racist location to pick up a car. Me and my wife we’re leaving town for my daughters graduation. These people almost screwed up our trip thank goodness for *****… I should’ve known by being in Gastonia, which is Trump country. Dealt with a very racist nasty guy named Josh, who claim he was the manager. This company doesn’t have respect or value of their customers. If you need a rental car, go to ******* are ***** they treat you like value customers…**** ********* ***** ********* ** *****

I rented a car because someone had crashed into me, so my car was out for repair at ******* *********in Hollywood. When my car was repaired and I went to Caliber to pick it up, I brought someone with me, so we could then drive the rental back to Enterprise on Hillhurst. Someone at Caliber told me just to leave the car there and they would get it back to Enterprise. I trusted he was correct and that Enterprise could trust Caliber, its agent. Ive had THE WORST experience with Enterprise the last 2 times getting a rental vehicle through them. The 1st time I needed a car because of a car accident and totaling my vehicle. I had a reservation for a rental and when I showed up they had given the vehicle to the customer ahead of me. They said I had arrived late (by 15 minutes) and that there wasnt anything they could do, they didnt have any other vehicles and they had no idea when the next one would be available. I rented a car from the Cookeville,TN location. When I returned the vehicle they tried to charge me for gas and a smoking fee. When I asked why I was told it was smoked out. When I asked for an explanation the girl repeated herself. When I asked for a manager I was put on hold until I hung up. When I called back in the manager informed me she had already gave me the credit and would not be charging me for smoking yet still never gave me an explanation. Has bias rules against local ppl. No empathy when they acknowledge they made an error. They dont care to fix or adjust issues based on their company guidelines even though they previously without requesting did the exact opposite of what they claim not to do. Enterprise *** is a dreadful place to rent a car and the manager doesnt care about customers and their hardship caused by enterprise. Loss time and money.

I rented a car in Burlington,ma 3/2-3/23/2023. I retuned the car and over a week later they charged my credit card $224 for roadside assistance that i did not ask for and declined. They still had my credit card info over a week later? WHAT!!!!! I tried calling them and they do not pick up phone and cannot leave message. I drove over there and asked for copy of rental agreement. I rented a car from Enterprise and had to take the car back to the facility 3 times within the month's rental period. Finally the car had to be returned because the engine was damaged due to low oil.

Enterprise Rent a Car in ***********,** I rented a car from Enterprise for my birthday on 4/21/23 and my bday was 4/23/23. I thought this would be a great time due to the fact that I had never had any problems with Enterprise before. I rent cars from them all the time and they know me by first and last name.
