Enterprise is a scam. They let you book online but NEVER have cars to actually pick up. Please look elsewhere. They are not BBB accredited - which is not a surprise. They have terrible customer service and truly run a scam business.

I can't seem to get ahold of the right person. I used a rental car that broke down and I lost 2 days of *****************.. I had to pay out of pocket for a tow bill.. had to pay for 2 extra days of universal studios and had to extend my air bnb 2 days longer. all I'm asking is for a full reimbursement for my universal express tickets and my rental and my ****** tickets back.. **** ****** *** ******** ** ***** The customer service at the store is sucked I got the car on March 14th I left their office to go to Ohio 597 miles leaving out of Houston I caught a flat tire I had to put a spare tire on I had to to find the nearest enterprise near me At the time and I just crossed Arkansas state lines is that welcome to Arkansas and the tire blue I have to turn back 50 miles to Texas to go to sleep from 2:30 AM to 8 o'clock AM to go to enterprise on summer hill road in Texarkana Texas They would not give ... read more

We have been constantly calling enterprise in tifton since we put together by 12pm but I have now been on hold for 22 minutes and when we picked up the ford f150 they were not ready with the truck and my hold time is now going over into they clearly have ignored my phone calls since this traffic is backed up if I get charged for something that could have been an extra option if some body would have answered the phone before they walk out at 12pm I’m really not sure if this enterprise actually knows what they are doing or not... read more

I went in to rent a car Calhoun Ga I met this Horrible human being named *** I had a reservation and the first thing he asked why are you renting a car with Florida DL?? Really?and then he goes before I rent you this car What Hotel are you Staying in? really and then he goes why are you here?? *** ****** ** ******** ** ***** Reserved a car at this location by calling the number they have listed and was told that there were cars available for today. Went to pick the car up and mentioned the reservation and they said they had nothing available. Later called the number again to see if they would say there is car availability and was told that yes, they had cars. Pretty sure the number they have listed is not any connection to the number of the actual location. People working there seemed to have no idea what they wer... read more

I had a car reserved for this morning. It was supposed to be ready for me at my autobody shop in Tyler. It was not here and I have been waiting here for 45 minutes. I can deal with them not being here, but I’ve got appointments and I don’t need to say that they will have a car at a pick up location unless they’re going to actually have it here **** ****

I rented a car from their site on Irving ***** *******, while my insurance was handling my claim after an accident I had. They did not provide me the type of car that my insurance would cover claiming that they did not have that size available. They told me they would have the covered size in a few days. I needed a rental car due to an accident. Second party insurance was responsible to pay. This was my first time renting a car through the insurance. In speaking with the rental company, Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Quincy Massachusetts, it was not disclosed upfront that I would be responsible for additional charges related to the inability of the rental company to provide a sedan over an SUV.
