I enjoyed my stay. The park folks were nice. Beautiful park. Come ready to walk!
I took the family here for the first time and have to really say that we all loved the views, the environment, the fresh air, and it is such great place to have you family out here for a while to relax and enjoy the out door activities: walking the trails, climbing rocks, picnics, barbecue, and many more. The trails were not hard to walk or climb up the big rock. Just remember to wear walking or hiking shoes, plenty of �, and snack, or maybe some lunch.
I cannot begin to describe the beauty and adventure that my family experienced this past weekend. We will definitely be back soon!!!

My husband and I have visited Enchanted Rock several times over the past 6 years and we love to explore and find something new each time. However the last two times we've tried to go (both attempts were this year) we were turned away because of the park meeting capacity. The phones were down so I wasn't about to call and get more information, and the way they handled traffic seemed unorganized and was very frustrating. Great Texas treasure. Even if you don't think you can hike it...go see it. It's a bit intimidating when you see it, thinking you may not make it to the top. However, the trek was no actually difficult. There were all ages up there 60-70s and folks backpacking babies up there. Hiking boots to flip flops!! The view from the top is beautiful. The eco-systems up there are amazing. Butterflies on top were easy to see. Several types of small flowers were still blooming.
