The Avalon was exactly as pictured. In great shape. The salesman Cesar was very helpful. However, the deal was not as advertised. In addition to the price listed (no discount) they add a $695 charge plus $1700 refurbish charge. Plus the normal sales tax, etc This was a no deal for me. Be careful with this dealership
When there for a 4Runner listed in the Toyota website and Third party website as well stating that the truck have all the bells and whistles fully loaded,guess what once I got there and inquired about the truck I was told that the truck is a regular sr5 no where near matching description on websites. Total lie to get people in and hustling arguing about who’s right or who’s wrong. I drove from out East to Huntington Toyota to find out that the advertisement in both websites was totally lies
They donât let you leave - high pressure sales. It took almost 2 hours to get same deal I received in 15 minutes at other dealership. They promised to fix ding in car - they did but not to my satisfaction (pant still chipped). When I called the sales to see if they could do something about it âhe said what do you want me to do about itâ - very nasty.

All vehicles were in the same range as other dealers. Inquired about a lease that was coming back with higher miles hoping to get a better deal. Never heard back from dealer.
They made up some ridiculous lie saying that the down payment is automatically added on top of the cost of the vehicle
Communication was good. Vehicle was already sold though.
This dealer charge me $20,000 for the car that you offered and I find out after I review all the paperwork that I signed I called the dealer but they told me that I’m stuck with the deal be very careful out there
