Worst 0 stars don’t go here made apt they confirmed 2xs that day after work I drove there in bumper to bumper hour worth of traffic then sales girl goes in back n says car not there on lift in shop I said get it down r u kidding me !! I was dealing with Mindy over the phone and had planned to come in and test drive the car. Since I couldn’t make it in right away I was going to put a deposit down. She told me someone would contact me to take a deposit. No one called. The next day someone else put a deposit on the car. I asked for a follow up if the deal didn’t go through, but never got one. Salesman was nice but the car I wanted was no longer available. I did drive an hour and a half and was kind of annoyed.

Four stars only because of the price issue. Communication was fast. I was informed that the car is available and you can come for a test drive. After the test drive, when we started negotiating the purchase price, I was quoted a much higher price, saying that the price on the Cargurus website was wrong. But it was this price that prompted me to buy this car. And I already wanted to refuse the purchase, but they lowered the price and we finally found an acceptable figure. Stay away from this dealership. they tried to do a bait and switch on me. i spent a lot of time in correspondence w/ this dealership on a mdx asking about the condition and history of this car, only to come there to find out that the car was pretty beaten up (poor condition) when they had told me that the car had no problems and was in great condition. they knew i was traveling from far away to come and buy this car. what a disappointment to find out the car smelled like smoke, front bumper was misaligned/shifted only hangin... read more
