One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a sales person. We were buying from out of state, we started with Josh, when we would ask questions, there would be an extreme delay in answering we constantly felt pushed aside. Multiple times he said he would call us back and never did, he the completely stopped responding. Call me lot of Time car is available but car has been sold already I drive like 2 hours to reach there disappoint me so much
It was a seamless purchase. Everything from my Internet inquiry about the vehicle availability to the final sale was perfect. Working along with Gabriel/Sham who both made the entire process easy and rewarding was a pleasure. The experience was good with staff, vehicles was in good condition but we couldn’t made a deal because we didn’t agree on a price.
Customer service ok
Should have expected this from a New York used car dealer. I called the dealer early in the morning to confirm if the vehicle was available. Mindy on the phone says "yes, it's still available, would you like to put down a deposit?" I reply yes. She replies "I'm unable to do it but my manager can call you back and do it for you". The manager never calls. I'm not too worried, this vehicle was supposedly sitting for several weeks according to the dealer.
