Called them,I thought they have the car turns out it was still on transit as it said on websites. It shows approximate date it will arrive but came actually earlier so they contacted me asap. I went to check if it was the right car and model trim that was advertised. It was, and exactly was the color interior and exterior. I could not imagine a better experience with a dealership remotely! Aaron Holt was an excellent communicator and was always going above and beyond to help. He was easy to get ahold of with text, phone call, or email. He even sent me a video of himself going through the cars features. He had very helpful and practical advice with the vehicle and pointed out the good and the bad with it. He answered all my good and stupid questions and had an excellent attitude. Safi was very patient and friendly. Test drove a RAV4. It was nice. The price was a ltoo high for me, and not my ideal color. The visibility in the back of the RAV4 was not as good as Subaru Forester. However, I considered buying the RAV4. As I was reviewing all my comparisons, trying to make myself like the RAV4, it sold. That was fine by me. I’m sure it was a nice car for someone who wanted a RAV4. I did end up buying a Forester. But the dealership was clean friendly and Safi was friendly and patient
