Replied quickly but high pressure sales tactics - force you to buy some silly tracking device package for over 1k on any car. Pure profit when most cars have stolen vehicle tracking built in.
Angelo & Darwin, sales reps have excellent customer service. I would like to recommend them to anybody I know. I bought the car and I am happy so far.
HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM FINANCIAL MANAGER. We were lied to, there was a huge discrepancy between the numbers she told me (i have 3 other witnesses) and the final price. Then we contacted GM, GM said it happens due to how aggressive the industry is. Not happy with these guys at all, I’ve been to multiple dealerships before and I’ve never been yelled at and I’ve never been shamed into a negotiation for a USED car before. Sorry for your experience but this was a complicated scenario. The influence several external forces have / had / that were involved in vehicle purchase very much complicates things. You got a great rate based on deal structure details regarding buying vehicle; great price on the vehicle; and as explained nobody holds a gun to anybody's head signing in the finance office.
