Four stars only because of the price issue. Communication was fast. I was informed that the car is available and you can come for a test drive. After the test drive, when we started negotiating the purchase price, I was quoted a much higher price, saying that the price on the Cargurus website was wrong. But it was this price that prompted me to buy this car. And I already wanted to refuse the purchase, but they lowered the price and we finally found an acceptable figure. Stay away from this dealership. they tried to do a bait and switch on me. i spent a lot of time in correspondence w/ this dealership on a mdx asking about the condition and history of this car, only to come there to find out that the car was pretty beaten up (poor condition) when they had told me that the car had no problems and was in great condition. they knew i was traveling from far away to come and buy this car. what a disappointment to find out the car smelled like smoke, front bumper was misaligned/shifted only hangin... read more

Just stay away of this dealer. I was attended by a very rude guy with the worst customer service ever! I came from Providence to see a car, more than 3 hours driving to get this kind of service just because we were looking for a pre owned car. He said : if you don't like this car, go and buy a new one!!!

After going to several other dealerships and suffering through lackluster customer service, I found the perfect dealership and the exact 4Runner that I was dreaming of.
