I was very upset with the quality of the Rav 4. It was unfortunate that it was raining when I brought this suv. I didn't notice that the hood had 4 dents. I also noticed there was a dent below the back light. The interior was also dirty. The 2 front seats had light stains on them. I sent the sales woman an email about why I was upset and of course I got no reply. How could they sell a car in this condition? I'm financing this car for about $21,000 and I'm so upset. This was my first used car purchase and it will be my last.
