Very responsive and helpful.
Sales was very responsive. When one sales member was busy they were able to tag team and keep everything moving along, that was Steve and Roger. I did need to wait several days before test driving the vehicle, but that may have been because I went after it the second it hit their lot and before they could properly inspect the vehicle. I ended up purchasing the 2019 Raptor from them yesterday and im very happy with the overall experience.
tried to buy a car for cash?? wire transfer! They said the only way they woudl sell a car if I came there to sign the papers. Full List offer?? Every other place in the country would have it on a truck the next day for delivery. Whatever??

Was asked to come in to look at a vehicle I had inquired about one day prior. When I arrived the that morning the vehicle was already sold. No one bothered to let me know. I drove a hour for nothing. Felt that they were hoping to get me to purchase another vehicle.
It was a great experience, didn’t try to sale us extra stuff. Sales man Kevin was on point with his job. I will definitely be back in the near future.

Overall it was a great experience with only a few minor glitches that were easily worked out. Wick and Karen we’re both very personable and great to work with. Everyone always has that perception of going into the car dealership was like going to the dentist! This experience prove that wrong. Would recommend them to anybody.
