Sloan Toyota was very responsive to my inquiry and answered all my questions. The kept in contact with me even though the car I inquired about sold. I appreciate their attention to my auto needs. They continue to update me on vehicles I may be interested in.

Found the car I was looking for. They told me they had to fix a few things. I told them to call me when they were fixed and I would drive to Houston and buy it. They confirmed this understanding. 2 days later, I receive a text message telling me they sold the car to someone else. WTF! Terrible business practice and I would never buy a vehicle from them for this reason.
I did not purchase, but sales team were very responsive, helpful and not pushy.
I came with a pre-approval letter and still had to sit around for ages. I made it know that I would finance via an alternative option and they certainly tried to give the run around. After making it clear that I had a pre-approval they still ran credit for multiple hits. Not sure as to why, but, some steps will be taken very soon because of this.
