Thank you so much for an amazing weekend. Just left and wish I could be back. Right when we walked into the door, the service was amazing. The only thing that I wasn’t crazy about were the lobby bar hours. We wish we could’ve had a drink there but never got the chance. The room was clean and kept up. Great location! Will be back! Also, loved the rooftop bar!

Pool was under "maintenance" our whole 10 day stay. The rooftop bar was nice, however the on the occasions we went up there we were not aloud on the outside balcony as it was booked for "meetings". Hot water stopped working for 24 hours. It's a shame as the 2 main things we booked to stay at this hotel for, we were not able to use.
Interior rooms on lower floors are next to an extremely noisy HVAC unit. Don't expect to sleep if you like quiet.
Bad Experience. We were disappointed on arrival at the hotel (10/7) to be told that the pool was closed firstly for bad weather, then for maintenance an indefinite period (maybe I think they will not open it until next year) Needless to say that for our entire 8 night stay we were unable to use the pool, especially as it was quite hot in NY during our stay. Great location near Lincoln Center, our room was very nice and the customer service was excellent! Loved the rooftop bar!! Spectacular view!

Déçu,un mythe est tombé. Piscine hs,roof top Inaccessible, soirée extérieur en permanence .accueil de l'hôtel moyen. Porte de salle de bain qui resté fermé de l'intérieur, même après avoir prévenu la réception ,a 10h le matin, a 23h le soir non réparé.
