I've been a customer with Empire for 10 years+. They truly care about their customers and making sure that their customers are satisfied. My furnace died the day before Thanksgiving, a part was needed, serviceman was at my home. Cindy who works in the office, retrieved the part from the vendor and delivered it serviceman. That's what I call EXCELLENT Customer Service. Really appreciate Empire's Exceptional Staff (Mike & Cindy) They made sure I had heat in my home before Thanksgiving Day, Love you Guys
