Anybody in the area need AC or Heating (for winter) work done????? My pick over everybody else is EMPIRE HEATING AND AIR. Air went out last night at 11.....Called them this morning at 8:00am. Due to the time of year and horrible heat I just knew I would be on a waiting list and they MIGHT get to me by the end of the week. Somehow they worked me in and a service tech was here by 11:00am today and out the door by 12:30pm. Fixed and ready to take on this horrible heat! Cooling better than ever. Most impressive was the positive way that he spoke about Empire, the only employer he has ever had (24 years, I think he said), and the respect that he has for the company and its owner, Mr. Hoover.

Woke up this morning to a clogged and dripping overflow valve. Left a message before they opened and they called back as soon as their doors were open! Super nice, workman arrived on time and A/C fixed and running great - which is very important in August in Atlanta.....thank you!
