We have used Empire Heating and Air for years and we know we can always depend on them. Last week our HVAC unit turned into a huge white cube of ice. One quick call to Empire and Cindy had a tech scheduled and promised to arrive here by afternoon. Billy, our local tech, is always prompt, polite and informative. He troubleshoots the problem, takes the time to explain it and offers options to get it fixed right the first time. We depend on Empire and you should, too! Great company!
