I have been a customer of Empire Heating and Air for about 8 years and I would highly recommend them. They provide great customer service, great service in general through their technicians and if something goes wrong they keep working at it until it is fixed and you are satisfied with the service. Empire has been excellent. They installed our HVAC 6 years ago and have maintained it since installation. From meeting with their salesperson and the technicians handling maintenance, they are always professional, prompt, and dependable. Also, the ladies taking calls to report a problem or set a date for seasonal maintenance are very responsive and professional. I love how they call to let me know when the technician is on his way. I would not recommend any other company for your HVAC needs.
