Your technician was extremely knowledgeable about figuring out the initial problem and then figuring out why it happened. He found the problem immediately and fixed it. The technician, Kyle, was very competent and pleasant. I have used Empire for years. However Heather in the office called today at 8:45 to tell me that I was first for the day and he was on the way from the office. . An hour later he showed up. I thought he had gotten lost but he said he was in a meeting at the office. I had to leave at 11:00 so he was unable to complete the spring tune up. My complaint is the lack of honest communication regarding the time someone might arrive.

Ezekiel came on Saturday morning after we realized our thermostat was not working. Heather, at Empire, squeezed us in between his appointments. The batteries in the older thermostat had corroded so be alert and change those out every 6 months!!! We have a new upgraded thermostat with large numbers we can see. He gave us a lesson on operating the new one. We are all set now and are thankful as our granddaughter is visiting for the weekend. Thanks Empire!
