The service was great. I have been us8ng Empire for over 20 years and will most likely continue. Your email link for a survey sucks! The link jpeg does not work (on safari) is says “click below” and is not an active link. Pointless. The hyperlink work, but first choice is “Google”, I selected that and it did not function. Michael was very knowledgeable, diagnosed the problem promptly , and arranged to repair problem without delay. Have used Empire since the beginning when Martin Hoover when to work for the old Melton and McKinney plumbing company that had serviced the homes in our neighborhood for decades. He did an amazing job converting our old coal stoker radiator system that had been converted to gas to an updated heating and air system. The only thing I miss is the clanking of the radiators.
