My sister's doctor and his staff are awesome. The anesthesiology staff was excellent. The pre op nurses, waiting room staff and post op nurses were very helpful and pleasant. But instead of being assigned a room she had to stay in overflow which is a pre op room. The bathroom is down the hall. The nurses staffing this area were great but the accommodations are only tolerable.

Although my symptoms ultimately stumped the doctors and I went home with "drink water and get some rest," I must say the staff at this ER all have great attitudes, and the nurses, PA's, and Doctors were very thorough, consultative, and articulate, as well as direct. They were very busy, but I felt like I got the attention I needed.
I have to say the level of patient care has dropped tremendously over the years. Sad. Quality care with quality caring staff has gone downhill so much, it's truly disturbing. But hey, just build another wing, move more departments around....that'll fix everything!! :(
I'm very pleased with the staff in icu very professional but the stay is not good the parking is too expensive when you travel and nowhere close to eat but the cafeteria and it's extremely expensive I can't afford to be with my mother like I want
Good staff and really take care of their patients
My father in law is in SICU right now. The nurse that came on at 2am should be reprimanded. She is rude and unprofessional. My wife is up there with her dad.. she asked this nurse if his bp was low... her response.. "are you a nurse?" Her father still has his ET tune in and was trying to convey something to my wife. This piece of trash nurse had the nerve to tell my wife "you need to go to sleep so he won't keep trying to tell you stuff and then you come get me and i can't do anything for him" if she isn't gonna do anything ... read more
I've spent the last 2 days on the 9th floor with a cancer patient. I am blown away by the compassion of the physicians and the nurses. Millie, a year veteran, greeted my friend and me at 5 AM on Sunday morning. Millie represents grace in this world. She has the gift of laughter that she invest to lift the patients destined for surgery. She's not tired of being there for 34 years, she says, "I am just getting going". The hospital and doctor willingham is a 5 star. The emergency room is the absolute worst I've ever seen. They do not have a heart at all.
