Preventing a 2 year old from obtaining a life saving surgery because of his dad's actions is abhorrent and goes against the Hippocratic oath. Your hospital should be ashamed.
The staff was fantastic..the staff was very friendly and the doctors was very helpful in explaining your problem......I was from out of town and had a heart attack the staff was very nice....
How disgusting that you are refusing to do a kidney transplant on a child, with a living match, because the donor was picked up on a probation violation and has been released. I hope some high profile attorney gets involved, gets this poor baby the LIFE SAVING surgery he needs, and files suit for any complications that arise and/or mental distress for the family. Although, I'm sure once this goes viral, you'll change your tune, state there was a misunderstanding and make yourselves look the victim.
I used to love this hospital growing up I thought it was the best hospital in Georgia but now I'm 35 years old and they suck like hell I came too the emergency room because I couldn't hardly breathe it was almost like I was smothering and I was in a lot of pain in my chest my stomach and my legs number 1 I needed dialysis #2 I needed something to stop this damn pain and number 3 I needed a doctor to listen to me my voice only serves purpose FOR me and my kids I'm completely broken in so many different ways and I don't unders... read more
Our daughter was there in August for a brain bleed. She was in ICU and had surgery. I can not tell you how pleased we were with her treatment. All were the best at their jobs. Thank you so much.
Just now leaving Emory. I think that I am going to hit rush hour traffic. :(
I had a great experience with my GASTROENTEROLOGY DR. very concern about my worries even talking with transplant team on my option for surgery. The MRI TEAM that worked on a Sat. was so attentive and through about what was going on with the process even the intake staff very friendly. Felt like I knew them before and made the testing relaxing. I wished I had all their names just faces. Only problem someone type my phone number in wrong, so it was like cat and mouse delivery messages but it got fixed.
Treated my mom like a science experiment unfortunately she passed away. I do blame this hospital.. Avoid this place!!!!
This is for the discharge process which is taking so many hours longer because of pharmacy and departments handoffs. I came to pick up my friend who has been here for over 2 months this time. They’ve taken good care of her but today they’ve lost many brownie points. I’ve been here for almost 3 hrs waiting to just pick her up. Pharmacy just delivered her meds and there was one that was wrong. Now we have to wait all over again. We also gave time constraints due to refrigerated meds being shipped to her house. We might not be ... read more
