Came here for pre-op registration for my wife last week. Was here an hour before scheduled time. Registration staff all went home and we were left in the waiting room. Showed up for scheduled surgery at 5:45 am for 6:45 surgery, was told surgery wasn’t until 10:00 am. These people have NO clue what they’re doing, the staff has NO personality or people skills. Hades will freeze over before we’d ever recommend this place!!!
Today was our 2nd experience there. Sad to say, today was a disappointment. The pacu area was extremely disorganized. Patients coming out of the OR with no bay assignments or nurses. 1 nurse complaining loudly about a patient. My daughter waiting 15 min to be wheeled out for discharge. The attitudes were poor with no one wanting to help. A very negative experience.

RecommendedHonestly this was the most first class medical experience I have ever had. $150 cash for full lab work and Heart CT scan as preventive care. Plus valet parking if I wanted. Everyone is super nice, greeters, technician, nurse, volunteers. Spectacular organization. Everyone should do this here, for cash. Cheaper than using insurance. My dumb HMO plan would have made me get a referral, prior authorization and possibly not covered it.
