A ER with the feel of an animal hospital. Sit and wait HOURS till anyone says a word and when they finally do, it will be a ride demand. Just awful staff. What a joke
RecommendedI would still recommend this hospital as of right now! So I am being discharged today... not the problem! They will have my prescriptions ready before I go... not the problem!!! Harassing me about leaving before 11am, problem! Even after I told them my ride was at work and once she picked my son up I’d be good to go! And the attitude didn’t come from the doctor nor my nurse or nurses aid or the tech for that matter!! It was the charge nurse! And this came after they did a survey of my treatment and care! When your loved one is diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and has to have major surgery you hope that having great care will help ease your mind.......well the care at this place is a JOKE! My mom was a neuro nurse for many many yrs and knows what good care is and when you aren't comfortable leaving your loved one because the care is so bad that is a problem!! My mom has been at the Clifton campus for 2 surgeries and received great care, this location needs to take notes! THIS PLACE SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES!
